Colors Two is an independent, dynamic animated film that continues my exploration of Kielce through color, geometry, rhythm and abstract form. The project develops ideas introduced in the earlier film Colors, expanding them into a more complex and deliberately structured visual composition.

The visual language was inspired in part by the geometric aesthetics associated with Piet Mondrian. Strong divisions, bold color combinations and dynamic transitions create a visual rhythm that guides the viewer through successive representations of the city.

Color plays a narrative role throughout the film. Yellow and red refer to Kielce and the colors of Korona Kielce football club, while yellow and blue reference the city's handball tradition. The changing palette becomes a way of portraying streets, districts, everyday life and the character of the city.

The abstract forms are therefore more than decorative elements. They create a poetic interpretation of urban space, presenting Kielce not through realistic imagery, but through emotions, associations, rhythm and visual signs.

The visual composition is accompanied by music composed by Paweł Łukowiec, with piano performed by Marek Mizera. The music is an integral part of the composition, helping shape the rhythm, dynamics and atmosphere of the film.

“Colors Two” received the Grand Prix in the competition organized by the Kino Mówi Film Culture Association in Kielce in 2016.

The award marked another important recognition for my independent animation work and reinforced the direction of my exploration combining animation, abstraction, geometry and visual storytelling.
